SHORT MOVIE COMPETITION
Registration Flow
- Participants Register for the Symposium on the website www.Konaspdpi2021.org
- Participants will receive proof of registration sent via email
- Participants contact the Contact Person and show proof of registration
- Participants will be given a Google registration form by the Contact Person

Terms and Conditions :
- Theme: “Edukasi Respirasi”
- The maximum video duration is 5 minutes.
- Peserta merupakan peserta yang terdaftar konas, PPDS, anggota PDPI, dan telah teregistrasi via website.
- Must be an original work (original) and has never been included in the competition.
- Each participant is required to send one (1) short film material according to the theme.
- Videos are sent in mp4 format, 480presolution via google drive link (link will be sent via email that has been registered during registration).
- The committee will upload the video to social media accounts (FB / IG / Web Konas 2021) September 2021.
- The decision of the judge is final, binding and inviolable
- Videos will be displayed on Instagram and the last limit for Instagram likes is September 2, 2021 23.59 WITA
- The committee is not responsible for copyright infringement and lawsuits from other parties
Rewards:
- The winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner
- Favorite winner: based on the most likes
- Photo contest winners will receive a reward and certificate

Techninal :
- Registration: April-July 2021
- Video Sending Deadline: August 1, 2021, 23:59 WITA
- (Videos are uploaded on GoogleDrive which will be sent to each email according to the email that was registered during registration. Videos will be uploaded by the committee on KONAS social media and also on the KONAS website with the hashtag # KONASPDPI2021.
- Video Selection Process: August 9, 2021
- Announcement (Gala Dinner): 3 September 2021

LOMBA FILM PENDEK
Alur Pendaftaran:
- Peserta Lomba Melakukan Registrasi Simposium ke website www.Konaspdpi2021.org
- Peserta akan menerima bukti registrasi yang dikirimkan melalui email
- Peserta menghubungi Contact Person dan menunjukkan bukti registrasi
- Peserta akan diberikan Google Form pendaftaran oleh Contact Person

Syarat dan Ketentuan :
- Tema: “Edukasi Respirasi”
- Durasi video maksimal 5 menit.
- Peserta merupakan peserta yang terdaftar konas, PPDS, anggota PDPI, dan telah teregistrasi via website.
- Merupakan karya asli (original) dan belum pernah di ikutsertakan dalam lomba.
- Setiap peserta wajib mengirimkan satu (1) Materi film pendek sesuai Tema.
- Video dikirim dalam bentuk format mp4, resolusi 480p via link googledrive (link akan dikirim via email yang telah didaftarkan saat registrasi).
- Panitia akan mengunggah video ke akun media sosial (FB/IG/Web Konas 2021)September 2021.
- Keputusan dewan juri bersifat mutlak, mengikat dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat
- Video akan ditampilkan di Instagram dan batas terakhir likesInstagram tanggal 2 September 2021 23.59 WITA
- Panitia tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap pelanggaran hak cipta dan tuntutan hukum dari pihak lain
