VIRTUAL RUN/RIDE COMPETITION
Registration Flow
- Participants Register for the Symposium on the website www.Konaspdpi2021.org
- Participants will receive proof of registration sent via email
- Participants contact the Contact Person and show proof of registration
- Participants will be given a Google registration form by the Contact Person

Requirements :
- PDPI members, PPDS, KONAS participants
- April-July registration time
- Time of implementation: August
- Download the Strava application
- Route: According to the participant’s location
General requirements:
- Participants must run or walk with a total distance of 10 km for running and 50 km for bicycles.
- Running and bicycles can done several day and reach the target within a specified time.
- Participants comply with the conditions that have been determined and are physically and mentally able to complete the competition.
- Participants can run according to the ability of the participants and within the specified time.
- Participants use the running application (STRAVA).
- Running or walking can be done on the street, jogging track, provided that the results (distance and time) are recorded by the application.
- The committee has the right to limit and / or refuse registration of Participants to take part in the competition for certain reasons without the need to provide any reasons in advance.
- Participants must provide true, complete, accurate and valid data on the competition registration form. The committee will contact the Participants by email / WA.
- Payment of registration fees made by participants is non-refundable.
- Matters that have not been listed in this provision will be determined later.
- Participants must read and agree to all of the above provisions.
- Any act of fraud will be disqualified.
- The decision of the winner or others is absolutely determined by the organizer and cannot be contested.
- Participants who complete the race according to the specified conditions will receive a medal + costume (baju finisher).

Alur Pendaftaran:
- Peserta Lomba Melakukan Registrasi Simposium ke website www.Konaspdpi2021.org
- Peserta akan menerima bukti registrasi yang dikirimkan melalui email
- Peserta menghubungi Contact Person dan menunjukkan bukti registrasi
- Peserta akan diberikan Google Form pendaftaran oleh Contact Person

- Anggota PDPI, PPDS, terdaftar pada KONAS
- Mendaftar via WA/email (CP : dr. Late: 087878004477)
- Waktu pendaftaran April-Juli
- Waktu pelaksanaan : Agustus
- Download aplikasi Strava
- Rute : Sesuai lokasi peserta
Ketentuan umum :
- Peserta harus berlari atau berjalan dengan total jarak 10 Km untuk Lari dan 50 Km untuk sepeda.
- Lari dan sepeda bisa di cicil perhari dan mencapai target dalam waktu yang telah di tentukan.
- Peserta sesuai syarat yang sudah ditentukan dan mampu secara fisik dan mental dalam menyelesaikan lomba.
- Peserta dapat berlari sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta dan sesuai waktu yang ditentukan.
- Peserta menggunakan aplikasi lari (STRAVA).
- Berlari atau berjalan dapat dilakukan di jalanan, jogging track, dengan syarat hasilnya (jarak dan waktu) terekam oleh aplikasi.
- Panitia berhak untuk membatasi dan/atau menolak pendaftaran Peserta untuk mengikuti lomba dengan alasan tertentu tanpa perlu memberitahukan alasan apapun sebelumnya.
- Peserta wajib memberikan data yang benar, lengkap, akurat, dan valid pada formulir pendaftaran lomba. Panitia akan melakukan kontak kepada Peserta dengan email/WA.
- Pembayaran biaya pendaftaran yang telah dilakukan oleh peserta tidak dapat dikembalikan.
- Hal-hal yang belum tercantum dalam ketentuan ini akan ditetapkan kemudian.
- Peserta harus membaca dan setuju atas semua ketentuan tersebut di atas.
- Segala tindakan kecurangan akan didiskualifikasi.
- Keputusan pemenang ataupun lainnya mutlak ditentukan oleh pihak penyelenggara dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
- Peserta yang menyelesaikan lomba sesuai dengan syarat yang ditentukan akan mendapat medali + kostum baju ( baju finisher).
